- Start by making the salad dressing. Add all the salad dressing ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk. Pour into a glass Mason-style jar and set aside.
- Next, assemble the salad by adding the arugula and spinach to a large mixing bowl and add the blackberries, cashews, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle in the balsamic dressing and toss gently.
