Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 oz walnuts chopped

Instructions
- Pour oats into a bowl or mason jar. Add milk, banana, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt. Refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, mix in nut butter and chopped walnuts.
This was so good warmed up in the morning with a few walnuts thrown in (I didn’t do the nut butter). Very filling too!
