- 1/2 avocado , sliced
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (optional)
- 1/4 cup lettuce or sprouts (optional)
- cucumber , thinly sliced (optional)
- 2 tsp Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

- Cook eggs to your preference, layer with avocado, add your favorite fillings, wrap, and enjoy!
Just made this tonight, and it was so quick, easy and tasty! Our assembled version was scrambled eggs, avocado, thinly sliced matchstick cucumbers, broccoli sprouts, regular tortilla (on hand), cream cheese and seasoning. The Everything Bagel seasoning really took it up that extra notch. Will be making this again for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Filling, all-in-one meal.

Hi Lindsey! There are a few recipes online to make your own seasoning, but some common ingredients are: black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, minced dried garlic and onion, and salt. 🙂
