Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Toppings: 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened dark chocolate (Lily’ brand is great)

Instructions
- Start by adding the almond milk and banana to the base of a high-speed blender. Add the remaining ingredients minus the toppings and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
