Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker or jar with a tight fitting lid, add the apple cider, ginger juice, and cinnamon. Fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour into a martini or coup glass, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a very thinly sliced apple.
