Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee (or regular iced coffee)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 scoop collagen protein (optional)

- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Yummy! I didn’t have flaxseeds- but everything else was so delicious- I don’t think I will need them! Definitely will be making this again and again. It actually is enough for 2 servings if you want to add a few ice cubes.

Hi Lori! If you wanted, you could omit coffee and just have an almond milk, chocolate, banana smoothie! 🙂
Or use decaf that’s what I use

Hi Christine! For many smoothies, you could swap out bananas with a different fruit that you enjoy/think would complement the other ingredients as well. For this recipe, you could omit the banana ingredient if you would like. The smoothie may have a different texture, but it would still be delicious! 🙂
