- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/3 cup medjool dates , pitted
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- pinch sea salt

Instructions
- Place almonds in a food processor and process into a fine meal.
- Add dates, vanilla, cocoa, honey and salt and process again until a "dough" like consistency is created and it holds together when squeezed between two fingers.
- At this point you can roll little energy "balls" or using a rolling pin roll into a 1-inch thick square and cut into bars.
