  1. Yummy! All I had was a chocolate flavored protein powder (orgain) so I used that. I enjoyed it and so did my toddler.

    One of my favorites! Sometimes I sub out kale for spinach. And I use 1/2 cup almond milk with 1/2 cup OJ

    1. Hi Kristy! Many of us eat diets that are high in acid, so eating something alkalizing helps to balance our body’s pH levels. 🙂 Spinach and pineapple are considered alkaline foods.
