Funnel Performance & Retention Senior Manager

About Lindywell
Lindywell is a woman-owned Pilates and wellness company dedicated to helping women build strength, mobility, and sustainable health habits that last a lifetime. We believe fitness should work with real life, not compete with it. Through our app, digital membership and programs, we break the cycle of negative diet and exercise narratives with our balanced, practical approach to wellness.

We care deeply about the women we serve and work together to create products and programs that help our members feel stronger, calmer, and more capable every day. We are also dedicated to fostering inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism within our company and community. We’re a small, collaborative team that pairs thoughtful content with data-informed decision-making to continually improve the member experience.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Funnel Performance & Retention Senior Manager who will own and optimize Lindywell’s end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that every funnel (from first touch through long-term membership) performs efficiently, consistently, and profitably.

In this role, you’ll use data and systems thinking alongside a deep understanding of digital marketing, messaging, offer clarity, and user journey to identify leaks, improve conversions, and extend member lifetime value. This role goes beyond reporting on data. It requires a marketing-savvy operator who can recognize what the data is signaling and determine the next actions needed to improve performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the performance of Lindywell’s key funnels, monitoring the full customer journey from first touch through trial, activation, paid membership, and long-term retention.
  • Track and analyze funnel KPIs, providing clear weekly and monthly insights that highlight opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Diagnose leaks or friction in funnels using performance data combined with your digital marketing insight, then work with Marketing, Operations, and Tech to prioritize and drive improvements.
  • Design and oversee structured A/B testing experiments to continuously improve conversion and retention, documenting hypotheses, results, and learnings.
  • Manage related funnel maps and dashboards (Funnelytics, Amplitude, etc.) that connect traffic, behavior, and revenue outcomes and ensure data integrity across all tracking tools.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns based on member behavior and feedback.
  • Maintain the operational health of our funnel systems through regular QA checks, documentation, and clear workflow standards that you develop.

You need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including building/managing funnels for launch-based campaigns. At least 1 year experience managing launches with bonus points for SaaS, digital membership, or subscription businesses.
  • Ability to analyze a marketing funnel holistically, from funnel flow and functionality to how messaging, copy, offer clarity, and user journey influence conversion.
  • Fluent in tools such as HubSpot/CRM, Funnelytics, WordPress/Elementor, Amplitude, GA4, WooCommerce, Asana or similar.
  • Able to interpret funnel and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable owning multiple tools, funnels, and datasets with minimal supervision.

You’re A Good Fit If…

  • You’re comfortable combining data with marketing knowledge and common sense to interpret what the numbers actually mean.
  • Systems thinking is your thing! You enjoy connecting the dots to understand how messaging, the offer, funnel flow, and lifecycle touchpoints influence conversion and retention.
  • You’re an excellent communicator who can translate complex data and funnel insights into simple language that helps teams make better decisions.
  • You’re a proactive self-starter who enjoys owning outcomes from beginning to end. And you naturally anticipate where something might break down so that you can improve it before it does.
  • You’re ultra-organized and comfortable working in a small, collaborative, remote team where roles are interconnected and clear cross-team communication is essential.
  • You’re motivated by meaningful work and excited about improving the member experience, not just analyzing dashboards.

What Success Would Look Like:

  • You regularly receive heart-eyed emojis from the team because you help drive measurable conversion and retention improvements across Lindywell’s funnels over time.
  • You establish a thoughtful testing rhythm across our funnels, designing experiments that help the team continually learn and improve messaging, offers, and the overall member journey.
  • You bring clear visibility to Lindywell’s customer journey, with reliable dashboards and funnel maps that help the team understand how our funnels are performing.
  • You regularly bring forward clear insights that help leadership understand what’s working, what needs improvement, and where the biggest growth opportunities are.

Perks:

  • A vibrant, supportive team that celebrates every milestone with you.
  • An environment where your growth is our priority—professionally and personally.
  • Competitive rewards, recognizing your invaluable contribution to our mission.
  • Flexible work arrangements that acknowledge the importance of your life outside work.
  • The joy of making a tangible difference in the lives of women around the globe.

Benefits Include:

  • Paid “Rejuvenation Week” in December. (Company-wide time off for our team members’ health and wellbeing)
  • 4-day work week with Fridays off (some exceptions around holidays or team planning meetings)
  • Paid Holidays + 10 days of PTO
  • Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
  • Eligibility for 3 months of paid maternity leave
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Annual trip to Santa Barbara for Lindywell Team Summit
  • Free access to all Lindywell resources, including all programs and membership resources for the duration of your employment
  • Three Lindywell annual memberships to gift to friends and family each year
  • Eligibility for one paid day per calendar year to volunteer at a local event or charity of your choice
  • Eligibility for TBL 401(k) package, with employer matching up to 4% (after 12 months of employment)
  • $200 per year reimbursement toward your home office setup
