Our commitment stems from our core values as a Pilates and wellness education platform, where we firmly believe in supporting holistic health and well-being for all individuals. We recognize that the wellness industry and particularly the Pilates community has not historically been inclusive of marginalized communities. We affirm the inherent right of every person to feel empowered and secure within their own bodies, irrespective of factors such as size, ability, age, race, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

This commitment will remain ongoing as we strive to learn, adapt, and continuously pursue growth and improvement.
Representation in Marketing: We are committed to enhancing representation in our marketing materials, podcast guests, social media content, and promotional efforts. This includes actively seeking out diverse models from historically under-represented groups, showcasing diverse members of the Lindywell community, and conducting regular audits of our imagery to ensure inclusivity.
Amplifying Diverse Voices: Lindywell values amplifying diverse voices by featuring guest teachers and instructors who represent historically diverse points of view. We intend to establish meaningful partnerships within our industry and compensate these professionals for their contributions to our platform.
Industry Accountability: Lindywell acknowledges the historical biases present within the fitness industry and is committed to challenging these systemic barriers.
