, prepared (optional – for serving)
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and place on the baking sheet.
Top each round with a dollop of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and bake for 10 minutes.
Top with fresh basil and serve over a bowl of cooked quinoa or gluten-free pasta of choice.
