Shredded mozzarella, sliced avocado, and green onions for serving
Instructions
Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil. Add the ground turkey and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
Add the garlic and onions and cook for another 3 minutes.
Next, add the black and pinto beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chopped kale, taco seasoning, and water. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced avocado, and green onions. Enjoy!
