  1. Cook rice (or quinoa) according to package directions. Meanwhile, add the oil to a large skillet. Add the turkey, garlic, and ginger. Cook until browned while breaking turkey up with a spoon.
  2. Add the rice, peas, snow peas, carrots, hoisin sauce, and vinegar to turkey mixture and cook until turkey is cooked through. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
