cucumber
(cut into 1/4 inch spears)

microgreens or pea shoots
Instructions
Lay turkey slices flat. Divide goat cheese between the slices and layer each with a cucumber spear and greens. Roll like a burrito and enjoy! Serve with a side of fresh fruit.
