Start by making the garlic aioli sauce by mixing together the avocado mayo, chopped garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
Next, heat a large skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil and cook the turkey burgers for about 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
In a separate pan, add the ghee and sliced yellow onion and saute over low heat until caramelized. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
Once the turkey burgers and onions are cooked, serve the turkey patties over lettuce leaves and top with the caramelized onions, sliced avocado, and tomato.
Serve with a dollop of the garlic aioli sauce and enjoy!
