  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Warm black beans in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook ground turkey over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Once turkey is fully cooked, add 1/4 cup water, spices, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, and black beans to the pan. Mix well.
  2. Layer each bowl with quinoa topped with the black bean/turkey mixture. Add your toppings of choice.
