Instructions
  1. Add the coconut oil to a large skillet over medium heat with the onion and garlic and saute for about 3 minutes. 
  2. Add the ground turkey and saute until cooked through. 
  3. Add the kale, spinach, and spices and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the kale and spinach start to wilt. 
  4. Serve with lettuce leaves or gluten-free taco shells topped with sliced avocado, and tomato.
