Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine strawberries, rhubarb, raw honey, and lemon juice in a small ramekin and stir until well coated.
In a small bowl, combine oats, pecans, olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well and sprinkle on top of strawberry mixture. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
