  1. Add the oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it begins to soften.
  2. Add the garlic, crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, sea salt, and turmeric. Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet, and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until wilted.
