  1. Preparation: Layer the sourdough with cream cheese. Top with lox, red onion, capers, and cucumber slices. Top with dill, lemon zest, and black pepper. Top with the other slice of sourdough.
  2. Salad: In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
