(I like Ezekiel brand as a sprouted grain option)

cannellini beans
– smashed into a paste

slices
cucumber
(long + thin)
microgreens
– pea shoots or sprouts
1/2
avocado
salt + pepper
hot sauce
(optional)
Instructions
Toast bread. Spread mashed white beans on toast and top with cucumber, sprouts/greens, avocado, salt, and pepper. Add hot sauce it that’s your style!
