Ingredients

albacore tuna packed in water

high-quality mayonnaise or Vegenaise

tbsp
dijon mustard

tbsp
fresh parsley
– chopped
fresh pepper
Instructions
Drain tuna. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, dijon, parsley, and pepper in a bowl. Serve over greens or with healthy crackers. (I recommend Mary’s Gone Crackers or Nut Thins.)
