or fresh tomato if you have it at your market

coconut milk
(from a can)

Instructions
Sautée onions in coconut oil until tender. Add garlic, tomatoes, basil, and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 25 minutes. Stir in coconut milk and blend to purée.
