English cucumber
– cut into 1/4 inch rounds

– thinly sliced

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Combine cucumbers, onion, vinegar, olive oil, and dill in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight) before serving. Serve cold.
