(or 1 bag mini bell peppers), chopped into 1 inch pieces

Italian seasoning

salmon filets

pesto
lemons

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F/ 204°C.
Add zucchini, bell pepper, and onion to a large baking tray.
Sprinkle vegetables with Italian seasoning and olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, and push the vegetables to the side.
dd the salmon to the tray. Top with pesto.
Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until salmon is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
Serve with lemon wedges.
