  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Arrange the gnocchi, peppers, and onions in an even layer. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with italian seasoning blend, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the sausages on the pan. Squeeze the lemon juice overtop.
  4. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sausages are fully cooked.
  5. Top with fresh parsley, serve, and enjoy!
