Ingredients

pre-cooked chicken apple sausage link
(I like Applegate Farms brand)
1
egg
2
cups
kale
– washed and chopped
1
tbsp
coconut oil
salt + pepper
Instructions
Slice chicken sausage into bite size pieces and set aside. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add kale and sauté until wilted. Remove kale from pan and set aside.
Add eggs and sausage to the skillet and scramble until cooked through. Add kale back into the skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, serve immediately!
