Add the salmon and tortillas. Spray with cooking oil. Sprinkle the oregano, garlic powder, and chili powder over the salmon. Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on the salmon’s thickness. The tortillas will turn golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, combine the tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Layer half the tomato mixture onto each of the tortillas, top with salmon. Enjoy!
