Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a baking sheet with coconut oil.
  2. Add the ground turkey, egg, shallot, and garlic to a large mixing bowl and mix well. 
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Form into 14 small meatballs and bake for 8 minutes on each side.
  4. While the meatballs are cooking, make the dressing by adding all the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend and set aside to serve with the meatballs.
  5. Once the meatballs are cooked, serve with spiralized zucchini, spaghetti squash, or rice noodles and drizzle with the rosemary and lemon dressing.
