Instructions
Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Add the cubed sweet potato, broccoli florets, red onion, and cubed chicken to the lined baking sheet.
Season with the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked and the sweet potatoes are tender.
