Add the cooked and cubed sweet potatoes, roasted garlic cloves, yellow onion, bone broth, and sea salt to a stockpot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the coconut milk.
Using an immersion blender (or transfer to a blender), blend until smooth.
Serve with cooked and crumbled bacon.
How to Prep Roasted Garlic
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and peel the outer paper-like layer off the bulb of garlic.
Cut roughly ¼ inch off the top of the garlic bulb and add to the center of a piece of foil. Drizzle with olive oil or avocado oil.
Wrap in the foil and place in a baking dish. Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the garlic starts to soften.
