red bell pepper

albacore tuna packed in water
– drained

tbsp
quality mayonnaise or Vegenaise

tsp
dijon mustard

tsp
chopped pickles or relish
salt + pepper
Instructions
Cut down the sides of the red bell pepper to make 4 large slices. Discard core and seeds. In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, pickles, salt, and pepper. Spoon tuna mixture onto red pepper slices and enjoy!
