  1. In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, salt, and pepper. Spoon tuna mixture onto cabbage and top with carrots, bell pepper, and purple cabbage. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  2. *For a vegetarian option, substitute tuna with chickpea “tuna” salad from our April 2017 recipe bundle.
