  1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat with the cooking oil and cook the peppers and onion for about 10 minutes or until they start to brown.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes and bone broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  3. While the peppers, onions, and tomatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat with cooking oil and cook the turkey sausage according to the package directions.
  4. Slice the sausages and then serve with the peppers, onion, and tomatoes over cauliflower rice.
How to Make Cauliflower Rice
  1. Simply cut a head of cauliflower into florets and add to a food processor. Process until it turns into “rice.” Add to a skillet with a drizzle of olive, coconut, or avocado oil, and saute for about 5 minutes.
