Pumpkin Pie Protein Bites

  1. Process raw almonds into a fine meal in a powerful blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until dates are chopped and ingredients are well mixed. Roll into golf-ball size bites and store in the refrigerator. Protein bites will have a texture similar to pumpkin pie.
  2. These should last you about a week and would also taste great with dark chocolate chips should you have them on hand. 🙂
