In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from the pan, and transfer to a plate.
Return the pan to the stove, and add the whisked egg, using a spatula to scramble the egg. Add to the chicken.
Add garlic, ginger, and green onions, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the celery, carrots, broccoli, pineapple, cooking for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently until softened.
Add the rice and soy sauce, return the chicken and egg to the skillet, cook for 2 to 3 minutes until warmed through.
Divide fried rice into four bowls, serve, and enjoy!
