Start by slicing the banana and set aside on a plate.
Next, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a non-stick stockpot over low heat and stir well until melted. Once melted, remove from heat right away.
Add a dollop of peanut butter to each banana slice and then dip half of the banana slice into the melted chocolate.
Place the banana slices on a parchment-lined freezer-safe plate and freeze for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
