Instructions
  1. Place oats, coconut, dates, vanilla, peanut butter and sea salt in a food processor and process until ingredients are well mixed and “dough” begins to clump. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few more times until well combined.
  2. Wet fingers and roll dough into 15 walnut-sized energy “balls. ” Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
