Ingredients

Instructions
Start by adding the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla to a stock pot and heat over low heat. Stir until well combined.
Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Roll the dough into four balls and then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press the cookies down to flatten.
Transfer the cookies to a glass container, and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
Enjoy with a piece of fruit for an easy breakfast option!
