Instructions
  1. Start by adding the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla to a stock pot and heat over low heat. Stir until well combined.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Roll the dough into four balls and then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press the cookies down to flatten.
  4. Transfer the cookies to a glass container, and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
  5. Enjoy with a piece of fruit for an easy breakfast option!
