  1. In a large bowl, combine the pork/turkey, pine nuts, raisins/currants, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Form in 20 walnut-sized meatballs and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Broil, turning once, until cooked through, about 6 minutes each side.
  2. While meatballs cook, heat oil and garlic over medium heat. Add kale and sauté until tender. Serve meatballs over a bed of kale.
