balsamic vinegar

hemp seeds
sprinkle for serving
Instructions
Start by heating a medium skillet over medium heat with the ghee. Add the onion and saute for 5-7 minutes or until the onions begin to brown.
Toast the bread and then add the sliced avocado and mash.
Top with the onions, tomato, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Season with sea salt and pepper, and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
