pitted Medjool dates

raw cashews

cup
pure maple syrup

ground cinnamon

unsweetened dark chocolate chips or raw cocoa nibs
Instructions
Add the pitted dates and raw cashews to a food processor or highspeed blender and blend until the mixture starts to come together.
Add the pure maple syrup, and ground cinnamon and blend again.
Scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to about 1-inch thick.
Top with the unsweetened dark chocolate chips or raw cocoa nibs.
Set in the freezer for 15 minutes and then cut into granola bars.
Store leftovers in the fridge or the freezer.
