Ingredients

chia seeds

unsweetened almond milk
1/4
tsp
pure almond extract
2
tbsp
pure maple syrup
1/4
cup
mango chunks
(plus more for serving)
sliced coconut for serving
(if you cannot find sliced coconut chunks, you can use unsweetened shredded coconut)
Instructions
Start by adding the chia seeds to a large mixing bowl with the almond milk, almond extract, and pure maple syrup. Whisk well.
Pour into a glass jar. Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least eight hours.
Once a pudding-like consistency forms, serve the chia pudding with mango chunks and coconut.
