Instructions
  1. In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine the coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, lime zest, and cardamom (if using). Shake to combine, and let sit for 2 hours, or overnight to thicken.
  2. Once thickened, divide into two jars or bowls, add top layer with the mango, and then topping with the toasted coconut.
