Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325ºF/163ºC. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oat, coconut, almond, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk cinnamon, ginger, sea salt, olive oil, honey, and apple sauce until smooth. Pour over the oats, and mix to combine.
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden. Add dried fruit to the warm granola.
  5. Cool, and store in air-tight containers in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
  6. NOTE: Make ~6 cups, about 18-20 servings of 1/3 cup
