rotisserie chicken
– chopped

fuji apple
– cubed

red onion
– finely chopped

slivered almonds
(toast them on the stove for added crunch)

mayonnaise

tsp
dijon mustard
drizzle of
honey
salt + pepper
Instructions
Combine the chicken, apple, red onion, and almonds in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir into chicken mixture until well combined. Serve over a bed of lettuce or wrapped in lettuce cups.
