Instructions
Divide the rice between four lunch boxes or bowls, tucking the seaweed on the side.
Arrange the edamame beans, eggs, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle the sesame oil over the edamame beans, and sprinkle the plate with sesame seeds.
