Preheat the oven to 350F. Line and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar, tahini, and vanilla. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt, mixing until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and halvah.
Transfer the batter to the baking dish, and bake for 17 to 19 minutes, or until just set in the center.
