Ingredients

sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Add the lentils and water to a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, and cover. Cook for 20 minutes, or until soft.
Drain the lentils.
Combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, olives, and feta cheese in a bowl. Add the lentils.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Drizzle over the salad. Enjoy!
