melted butter
(or coconut oil for a dairy-free option)

pure pumpkin puree

pure maple syrup

sea salt

pumpkin pie spice

cinnamon

chocolate chips
(like Enjoy Life brand)
almond butter
for serving (optional)
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
Transfer to the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Enjoy with a slab of almond butter if desired.
